This is an enchanting vintage girl's obi.
Ornate bobbins are woven partially with metallic foil threads.
The backside pattern has a different woven pattern of charming 'karabana'(imaginary Chinese flower).
Textile is jinken (rayon), and it's a little stiff.
As the photos and the sheet show, folding line runs in the full length.
There are also snagged spots.

It's a little worn out due to the old age.
However, the brightness of the colors still remain well.
