This is a flamboyant vintage maru obi.
Ornate folding fans and exotic phoenix are colorfully woven.
Its ivory base has 'shou-chiku-bai'(auspicious three motifs - pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) woven with golden and silvery metallic coated threads.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

There are some noticeable flaws such as a folding line.
