This komon kimono has an interesting design.
'Hagi'(Japanese clover) and stream-like pattern is dyed.
In the background, grain like pattern is dyed, which seems to be dyed with shibori technique.
Textile is exquisite silk and has comfortable touch.
Lapel is hiro-eri(wide lapel).
There are rather prominent stains (C)and rather slight, but large stain in the right chest part.Also, it has no so disturbing patinas(D).(all of these flaws are in the lining)
The other stains and discolorations and the snag in the left waist part of the front (A) are not so prominent.
The stain (B) is also slight.
Please check detail photos.
Basting stitches remain and as a whole, it is in very good condition and it can be worn!
