This is a vintage nagoya obi with charming flower pattern, which is woven with 'karaori'(woven thickly in chinese style) technique in the black background.

Its fluffy petals are woven with shinning threads colorfully, which is the one of the piece of Taisho period(1912-1926) atmosphere!

Textile is silk and has soft smooth touch.

The stain on 'otaiko'(square bow) area is a rather prominent.(The first flaw photo)
As the figure shown, it has frays at the edges. Please refer the photos and sheet for other flaws and details.

Because of its old age, it has some flaws such as snags and smudges slightly but it is in very good condition to
coordinate with vintage kimono to enjoy its Taishoo romanticism!
