This is a fukuro obi with impressive rugosa rose motif, which is dyed and made of elaborate sagara embroidery work.
Textile is silk, and it has soft and slightly textured touch.

It has a folding line, snags, and stains.
It has rather prominent discoloration in the otaiko part (A) and along the folding lines(besides the maegara part).

It seems to be tied.
