This is a vintage black shusu nagoya obi.
The lazuline feather of peacock are embroidered vibrantly. The colorful feathers stand out against its black background.
Textile is black shusu jinken(rayon), and has soft smooth touch.
As the photo shows, its side edges are frayed with age prominently.
The stitches are coming loose from the embroidery area (Photo A). For the details, please refer to the photos and sheet.
Due to its old age, it has flaws but it's excellent piece to enjoy its vintage atmosphere.
*It may be difficult to wear for its condition of the textile.
