This is a charming nagoya obi with shokkou-mon with 'hanabishi'(flower diamond) pattern, which is dyed.
Textile is jinken(rayon) with damask effect(rinzu), and has slightly textured and soft touch.
Tare end, corners and sides are frayed, and some areas are severely damaged and torn.
Please see photos for details.
We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be an excellent handicraft material.
