This is a bolt for maru obi from pre WWII, maybe from Meiji period (1868-1912).
Somber pagoda scenery is finely woven allover in chic subdued tones.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

There are a few frayed spots near one of the end.
However, it's still in very good condition overall.
