This is a handsome vintage haori in solid charcoal gray.
Its outside only has 5 kamon (family crests) of paulownia remained undyed.
On the other hand, its lining has sarasa (chintz) style dyed pattern of lattice check and 'hana karakusa' (flower arabesque).
Its outside textile is chirimen (crepe) silk and has soft but textured touch.
The lining is smooth plain silk.
As the photos and the sheet show, it has some flaws.
However, it's still in very good condition overall.
