This is a tasteful vintage maru obi.
Its woven pattern has exotic phoenix, pine branches and kiku (chrysanthemum) flowers.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
As the photos and the sheet show, the side edges have smudges.
Folding line is prominently left.
There are other flaws such as patinas and discoloration as well all over. They are rather prominent.
