This is a balmy Oshima tsumugi kimono in tasteful geometric and flower pattern, which are woven with very fine double ikat technique. The patterns might be seen differently from its distance. It's a simple but very classic at the same time.
Its double ikat pattern is little bit uneven and it may not be genuine Oshima Tsumugi.

Textile is silk and has light and smooth touch typical of Oshima tsumugi textile.

As the photo shown, it has some flaws such as wear on the collar and smudges on the edge of sleeves. The lining is discolored prominently and has some patinas.
