This is a 'kasane', a kind of undergarment kimono worn between juban (undergarment) and outermost kimono such as kurotomesode.
Textile is 'kinsha' (fine crepe) silk and has very soft touch.
Its bottom hem is a little padded.
Its lapel is bachi-eri(folded lapel).

Both the outside and the inside are rather discolored with age.
However, it's still in very good condition overall.
