This is a wonderful vintage hitoe (not lined) kimono.
Detailed brilliant mallow rose are attractively dyed against its soft blue background.
Its soft silk textile has woven pattern of dianthus and 'kikyo'(Japanese bellflower).

As the photos and the sheet show, severe discoloration is spread over the sleeves and the back.
So this piece is no longer wearable.
However, the design is so alluring it will make a wonderful handicraft work.
