This is a nagoya obi with unique 'kiri'(paulownia) pattern, which is woven.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
However, very stiff lining is added inside.
It has some flaws as photos and figure show, but they are slight or small and not disturbing. The stain (A) is also hardly noticed. As a whole it is in very good condition, and can be worn.
