This is a vintage haori with sweet layered sakura (cherry) blossoms largely dyed.
The green lines of its horizontal striped background have pleasant 'chayatsuji' (water garden scenery) pattern.
Textile is a kind of chirimen (crepe) silk and has soft and slightly textured touch.
Its body and sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimonos from pre WWII.
The collar has rather prominent wear.
Discoloration is a little spread as well.
Still this lovely piece can make a wonderful match with vintage kimono.
