This is an elegant hon-fukuro obi with fan shape pattern, which is woven.

The fans are adorned with colorful 'karabana'( imaginary Chinese flower), 'karakusa'(arabesque), and 'shokkou-mon' (octagon and rectangle) motifs.

Lots of gold threads are used, and this piece has exceptionally graceful atmosphere.

Textile is silk and has soft smooth touch.

It has a slight foldine line in the tare end as shown in the last flaw photo (A). There are other flaws as well such as a slight folding line and some small snags.
