This is a gentle houmongi with tender 'manju-giku'(manju shaped chrysanthemum) pattern, which is dyed in gradation.
There's a 'tanzaku'(strip of paper) lightly swirling in the right area.
The sedate purple background has both dyed and woven thin vertical stripes.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
There are outstanding stains on the left front.
The lining is quite discolored.
So this piece seems no longer wearable.
However, this elegant design can be wonderful for your handicraft.
