This is a splendid fukusa from Meiji Period(1868-1912).
Jiang Ziya fishing and pondering on the bank is elaborately embroidered.
Can you see his roundish nose swelled with thick embroidery!
Please enjoy its wonderful embroidery details with more photos.
Textile of the right side is smooth shusu silk.
The backside one is silk.

This piece has gathered some flaws over age.
However, it's still in very good condition overall.
