This is a glittering gold
nagoya obi with
'hyakunin-issyu'(Japanese karuta) pattern, which is woven elegantly.
Textile is silk but, medium and textured touch.
The stain in the otaiko part (A) is slight but, rather large.
There are some slight patinas in the maegara(front patterned part) part.
It has rather outstanding folding lines and wrinkles from the edge of tare to the above part of otaiko.
Also, the smudges and frays in the tare part are rather prominent. (Tare end also has wrinkles.)
The smudges in the otaiko and tesaki parts and ,the patinas are not so disturbing.
Please check detail photos.
As a whole, it is in very good condition, but it is difficult to say whether it is wearable or not.
