This is a modern tsumugi houmongi in sedate tones.
Mist pattern is dyed over as if engulfing charming bamboo and hagi (bush clover) tree pattern.
The mists are dyed with shibori (tie-dye) technique.
Textile is soft silk and has slightly nubby texture typical of tsumugi textile.

With the flaws around the sleeve rims and on the collar, it has a little used feel.
However, it's still in very good condition overall.
