This is a charming vintage girls' kimono.
'Shikishi' (square paper) and 'shippou-tsunagi' (interlocking circles) partially made up of sakura (cherry) and kiku (chrysanthemum) flowers are dyed.
The squares have floral pictures of clematis, peony and so on.
Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and it has soft touch.
Lapel is bachi-eri(folded lapel).
The sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimonos from pre WWII.
The figure shows many stains, but most of them do not stand out.
The most significant ones are shown in photo A and J, the first about the right shoulder and the latter near the left armhole on the back.
Please also take a look at loosened seam B, repaired spot K and smudged line L which seems left by retailoring.
Photo D shows remnants of cut-out ties.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
