This is an antique tsutsugaki furoshiki.
Textile is comparatively thick cotton and dyed with beautiful green color.
Textile seems to be hand spun/woven one, and has very soft and comfortable touch.
Large kamon and 'shou-chiku-bai'( pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) motifs are dyed out with tsutsugaki technique vividly! ( Katazome may be used partly.)
It has some flaws as photos show. The discoloration is rather prominent. However, it is very beautiful piece!
