This is a tasteful komon kimono with kanoko dotted 'tatewaku' (waving lines) pattern, which is dyed with shibori (tie-dye) technique.
Textile is a kind of crepe silk and has soft touch.
Lapel is bachi-eri(folded lapel).

The base colors of the back right and left panels look a little different due to discoloration.
Still all the flaws including the discoloration are not outstanding.
As a whole, it's in very good condition.
