This is a full shibori komon kimono with kanoko dots dyed allover making the patchwork like 'kiribame' pattern.
Textile is soft and glossy rinzu silk with damask effect of flowers on 'sayagata' (arranged swastika) pattern.
As shown in photo C, a yarn is coming out long on the left sleeve.
Also there are other small snags here and there, although they're not described in the figure.
Still its overall condition is quite good for daily use.
