This is a lively fukuro obi with criss-crossed diamond pattern, which is colorfully woven.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

It must have been well worn for there are a prominent folding line and many stains and snags.
There is a stain more remarkable than the one shown in the second photo from the last about the tesaki end.
Also discoloration is somewhat spread, and it's especially noticeable along the side edges.
