This is a delightful nagoya obi with charming sarasa (chintz) like 'hana karakusa' (flower arabesque) pattern so colorfully dyed.
Textile is thin plain silk, and it's soft.

Blurred stains such one in photo A can be seen here and there.
However, they're not so outstanding buried in the busy and colorful pattern.
Discoloration is noticeably spread over age, and it's especially remarkable about the tare end.
