This is a silk bolt for komon kimono. It has exotic bingata style pattern, which is dyed colorfully in the purple background.
Textile is a kind of crepe silk, and has soft and slightly textured touch.
It has discoloration in the end. It has some other flaws as photos and figure show, but it must be an excellent handicraft material!
