This is a contemporary golden fukuro obi with 'shikishi' (square paper) pattern, which is woven.
The papers have several pictures from Tokaido 53 Stations .
Textile is silk, and it has slightly stiff touch similar to that of Saganishiki textile.

As the photos and the sheet show, there is a folding line.
However, as a whole, it's still in very good condition and can be worn even on formal occasions.
