This rich green fukuro obi has sarasa (chintz) style 'hana karakusa' (flower arabesque) pattern, which is woven with koukechi weaving technique.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

The tare end and the sides of otaiko (square bow) area are noticeably discolored.
It seems more suitable for dressing practice or handicraft use.
