This cocoa colored omeshi kimono is from pre WWII.
The theme of its enchanting woven pattern seems
Nanban trade.
There are ships from Europe, churches, Nanbanjin (European people who came to Japan in Edo period for trade), palm trees and unique imaginary animals.
Textile is omeshi silk and has soft touch.
Lapel is bachi-eri(folded lapel).
As the photos and the sheet show, the lining has some flaws.
However, the outside doesn't have flaw except the wrinkles over the right sleeve which could be ironed out.
As a whole, it's in very good condition.
For the details, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
