This nagoya obi has charming pink and 'hagi'(bush clover) pattern, which is woven colorfully.
Textile is ro, transparent silk and has soft touch.
It is from pre WWII, and for summer season.
Several stains in the tare part are dilute yellow but, they are rather large. Most of them are above the otaiko part, but some will be seen in the upper part of otaiko when it is tied .
Smudges in tare part and the snag in one side of maegara( front patterned part) are not so disturbing.
Also, the folding line is slight.
We are very happy if you tie it on the antique kimonos!
