This is a
nagoya obi made of hige-tsumugi silk, whose weft yarns are coming out like 'hige'(beards).
The sticking yarns, together with the slightly waving wefts making a grain-like woven pattern, makes this piece a very unique and tasteful one.
Textile has a little stiff touch.
The folding line in the figure is rather prominent.
