This navy komon kimono has stripe pattern, which is dyed with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
Small square pattern is woven with urushi and metallic coated threads.

Textile is very smooth silk, and has soft touch.

It has prominent stains at places like (A) .
It has some other flaws as photos and figure show.
We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be an excellent handicraft material!
