This is a fukuro obi with an enchanting woven pattern of Japanese ancient town festival scenery.
In the pattern, people wearing 'hana-gasa' (bamboo hat with flower decoration) are walking around.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

There are some flaws including a faint folding line.
However, they're not so serious as to disturb you.
