This is a sophisticated fukuro obi with auspicious Mt. Fuji scenery pattern, which is woven with tsuzure technique.
The beautiful purple color of the tea bowl pattern is named Teio-Murasaki, emperor's purple.
Its dyestuff is from secretion of a snail and very valuable.
This color is named and produced by Juraku, one of the most famous Nishijin weavers.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.

It has some flaws as photos show.
The patinas (A) is not prominent.
The folding lines are prominent, but there is not serious damage for wearing.
It can be tied at formal occasions.
