This is a maru obi from pre WWII.
It has eye-catching woven pattern of bamboo and 'kiri'(paulownia) motifs.
Its design is very impressive.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
It has a large tear in the hem.
It has some other flaws as photos show. It may not be able to wear, but it must be an excellent handicraft material or interior decor!
