This is a beautiful Brides'
Furisode from pre WWII.
Against its black background, elegant fan shapes and alluring flowers such as peonies and kiku (chrysanthemums) are dyed across the panels.
Bottom is padded, and it is worn with the bottom trailing along the floor. There are 5 kamon (family crests) remained undyed.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
Discoloration on the black base is rather noticeable.
Kinkoma embroidery threads are coming off about 9.8 in (25cm) as photo C shows.
As for other damages, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
It can't be worn at wedding, but it is still beautiful piece!
