This is a vintage maru obi with wonderful embroidery work ! Various flowers and noshi motifs are embroidered with thin threads thickly. Please enjoy its wonderful embroidery details with more photos.
Embroidery is added in the otaiko, maegara and both ends, and both sides have similar embroidery.
Textile is silk and has soft touch.
It has some flaws as photos show.
Unfortunately it has a large tear in tesaki end. Textile may not be strong enough for tying.
It must be wonderful interior decor or handicraft material!
