This is a wonderful vintage nagoya obi - clam shell with chayatsuji pattern is embroidered colorfully!
Its embroidery was the part of other kimono or obi, and transferred to this obi ( like patchwork ).

Textile is plain silk and has very smooth touch.
It is also re-used one, and the former design can be seen at places under the blue green background.

It has a stain in the maegara(front patterned part) part (C) . Other flaws are not so disturbing. However, maegara is only a side, so if you mind (C) , it will not be tied. Please check detail photos.
