This is a vintage juban(undergarment).
It has bold chrysanthemum , 'tatewaku'(vertical wavy lines) and cloud pattern, which is dyed with shibori technique.
Textile is silk with damask effect(rinzu), and has soft and smooth touch.

The bodice is folded and sewn and if you unpick the seam, the bodice will be 5.5 in ( 14 cm) longer.

It has some slight flaws as photos show. The most disturbing flaw is patinas in the cotton lapel. As a whole it is in very good condition.
