This is a lovely fukuro obi with European style flowery motifs woven with metallic coated threads.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

The inside stiff lining must have been shrunk with age, making the outside fabric rather wrinkled.
It also has some stains and folding line.
Still it can be useful for handicraft or dressing practice.
