This is a maru obi with wonderful design from pre WWII - it has fan with crane and flowers design, which is woven elaborately.
It has soft touch.

There is a tear and some frays.
Textile becomes weak and it can not be tied.
We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be wonderful handicraft material or interior decor!
