This is a nagoya obi with cool horse motif, which is dyed. Its design is very unique and impressive.
Textile is hige tsumugi - weft yarns are coming out intentionally.

Unfortunately it has flaws as photos show. Hems are frayed and becoming tears. Maegara(front patterned part) is added in the both sides, and white horse side have stains. (A)
