This is a contemporary uchikake designed by Yumi Katsura, one of the most famous fashion designers.
Bold peacock motif is dyed in the shiny green background, and embroidery is added in the left front.
Textile is exquisite silk and has soft and comfortable touch.
It dyestuff(pigments) are frayed and peeled at places, but they are not disturbing.
It has some other flaws as photos and figure show, but as a whole it is in very good condition and it can be worn at wedding.
