This is a fukuro obi with bold 'seigaiha' (wave) pattern, which is colorfully woven.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

It has slight folding lines and slight patinas on unpatterned parts(A) as shown on photos, but they are not disturbing.
The seam of tare end is unpicked, and the lining is removed.

As a whole, it's in very good condition.
