This is a nagoya obi with cool cloud pattern, which is dyed with shibori technique in the pale green background.
Textile is silk with damask effect(rinzu), and has soft and smooth touch.

It has some flaws as photos show. The maegara(front patterned part) part has slight discoloration (B) and slight stains.(A)
However, they are not so prominent. We think it can be tied. Please check detail photos.
