This is a cool nagoya obi with tasteful bridge motif, which is woven. Textile is transparent ro, sheer silk.

Unfortunately it has many prominent stags in the both maegara(front patterned part) parts.
It has some other flaws as photos show, but because of the snags, it can not be tied any more.
As for other damages, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
