This is a rare vintage men's kimono.
It has unique dyed pattern of a news paper of Meiji Period(1911) - text reads 'Emperor's document annexation of Korea'.
Textile is plain silk.

It has tear in the left sleeve (A) , holes (B) and repaired tears (E) and textile seems to become weak.
It has some other flaws as photos and figure show. Please check detail photos.

Still it must be a wonderful collection item.
