This vintage nagoya obi has unique woven pattern - pair phoenix, dragon and hunting people pattern is woven.
Textile is shiny shusu, and silk and jinken(rayon) blend. It has soft and smooth touch.
It is well worn and there are smudges and discoloration at places. Especially the taoko part and tare end has prominent stains and discoloration. It has some other flaws as photos and figure show.
We can't say it is in very good condition, but it must be wonderful handicraft material or interior decor!
