This is a radiant fukuro obi with Kyoto scenery pattern, which is woven with shiny gold metallic coated threads.
There is several famous temples such as Kinkaku-ji, Kiyomizu-dera and the five-story pagoda of Tō-ji.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.

As the photos and the sheet show, there are some snags.
However, they won't be disturbing when wearing this obi.
As a whole, it's in very good condition and can be worn on formal occasions.
